To help us identify your information, please include any details that may assist us, such as the preferred name you use in KAIRO or any other identifying information you have voluntarily provided.

What Happens Next

Once we receive and verify your request, we will permanently delete your applicable personal data, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our legal rights.

Delete Data Directly Within KAIRO

You can also delete certain information yourself within the app, including:

• Long-term memories

• Conversation history

• Daily Plans

• Personal Profile

• Local app data by resetting or uninstalling the app
